At Valley Grove Apartments, we understand that your pet is important to you and that is equally important to find them a comfortable place to live as well. While we are unable to accommodate all types of pets, we do accept cats with a required monthly fee.

Our pet policies include:

  • Up to two cats
  • $30 fee per cat per month
  • No dogs allowed
